An opportunity has arisen for you to join our team of Project Managers. You would be responsible for a range of multi-faceted projects, managing multiple stakeholders and you will develop close working relationships with many stakeholders in all business groups as part of a collaborative working environment. It is, however, essential that you have decent understanding of surveying or engineering.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Engaging client relationships both over the phone, email and F2F upon assignment to a project and maintain continuous stakeholder communication.
  • Manage the project end-to-end with thorough programme management.

  • You will coordinate with the surveyors and delivery leads appointed to plan and execute the project to a high-quality standard using advanced technologies and methodologies.
  • Construct a resource plan for the project and through this develop a revenue and cost forecast.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficiency and meet client requirements to ensure clarity throughout.
  • Analysing data along the way to identify areas of risk or issues to the timeline and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Regular looking into the details of the projects to find further efficiencies that will boost revenues for the client and company.
  • You will have regular communication with the clients both via email and face-to-face, stakeholders, and authorities ensuring compliance is met and concerns mitigated.
  • No two projects are identical, you will often deliver compelling presentations and offer technical support, guiding clients through even the most complex monitoring projects.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with your fellow PMs and improve efficiencies where possible.

You must have:

  • Experience managing multiple projects at any one time in a fast-paced environment.
  • A project management qualification, e.g., APM, ILM / PMI / RICS PM etc.
  • Diligent in leading project teams, motivating staff and dealing with issues head-on.
  • A positive, proactive and agile approach to managing stakeholders and associated problem-solving and dispute resolution.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office including Project.

What we offer you:

  • Generous salary offered with opportunities for personal development along your journey with us.
