Recruitment Privacy Policy

The Company will process personal data at the point of application; such data is considered necessary to assess your skills and competencies to meet the requirements of the role.  This information could be received through the Company’s website or third party job boards, in which case you have consented as part of the application process for that specified role or other positions the Company matches your application with.

To process your application, the Company would need our Human Resources Department and the recruiting manager(s) to review the content of your curriculum vitae.  By applying for a position at Plowman Craven, you have accepted that multiple personnel may view your application during the recruitment and selection process, and that your application could be considered for alternative roles that would suit your experience and expertise.  Upon consideration, the Company will contact you regarding alternative roles and obtain your consent to process your application.

If your application has been successful during the interviewing and offer process, the Company will retain your documentation and request further on-boarding personal data.  If your application process is not successful, the Company would hold your application documentation for a further two-year period; unless the Company is requested to delete your records.  If you wish to delete your application at any time, please contact, subject reference ‘Delete my application’ – stating your name and the role you applied for.
