Meet Our People: Agnieszka Ciesla Senior Revit Technician/BIM Project Lead

Everything starts when project lands in my hands. I cooperate with the Project Managers, Surveyors, BIM Coordinators, Engineers and Architects to make sure that all Client requirements regarding Revit models are achieved. My role involves guiding modelling teams to ensure we deliver the highest quality and, if we have a new team member, their training is my responsibility.

There are so many different tasks to do depending on what the current need/project is. My day can be focused on managing a projects, modelling or undertaking a range of quality checks.

I love to see the progress in modelling projects. As a creative person, I especially love working on our high detailed models.

I've worked on so many interesting projects. The biggest one, for me, was The Houses of Parliament - a real beauty. I recently worked on a project which involved a small church in Oxford, which I equally enjoyed. We applied additional details like materials into the model, so the end product was extremely realistic.

The variety of the projects I've worked on, the challenges, my development opportunities and, of course, the people. I have met many great people through the years.

I do a lot of DIY - being creative is important to me. Recently I learnt how to crochet. I love reading, and outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. Every opportunity I get I try and go somewhere new, even for a few hours. I also I love animals.
