Appointment - Head of Area Referencing

We are pleased to announce that Tom Pugh MRICS has been appointed Head of Area Referencing within Plowman Craven. Tom joined Plowman Craven in 2004 as a key member of the area referencing team and has been heavily involved in developing its current status to one of the UK's leading measurement specialists.
