Plowman Craven reorganises as four new divisions are launched to drive innovation in Construction and Infrastructure
Plowman Craven has announced the launch of four dynamic new divisions: Digital Construction, Asset Management, Inspection, and Smart Monitoring, as part of a strategic reorganisation designed to strengthen industry alignment, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable value to clients.
This evolution reflects the company’s commitment to advanced technology and comprehensive solutions across the built environment, while also highlighting the development of a new and energised management team. Alongside the divisional leaders, Plowman Craven has appointed senior roles across the business to strengthen operations, drive innovation, and support future growth. Together, this revitalised leadership and structure position the company to deliver bold, forward-looking solutions across its markets.
The four divisions are designed to address the evolving needs of clients in the construction, infrastructure, and asset management sectors by combining advanced digital tools and data-driven approaches:
- Digital Construction: Headed by Lucy Rowsell, who recently joined our executive Leadership Team, this division harnesses Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D scanning, and digital twin technologies to support clients in planning, designing, and managing construction or refurbishment projects with greater accuracy and efficiency.
- Asset Management: Led by Jim Gregory, this division delivers tailored services to optimise the lifecycle of physical assets through data analytics, condition assessments, and long-term maintenance planning.
- Inspection: Under the leadership of James Arnott, the Inspection division leverages remote sensing, drone technology, and high-resolution imaging to deliver precise and safe structural assessments, helping clients maintain compliance and reduce risks.
- Smart Monitoring: Nick De Rossi heads this division, which combines sensors, real-time data analytics, and cloud platforms to enable continuous monitoring of infrastructure health, supporting proactive maintenance and improved performance.
Expanding Global Capacity
With established operations in North America and Australia, Plowman Craven’s processing facility in Ahmedabad, India, will now be complemented by a BIM-focused facility in Poland, further enhancing the company’s digital capabilities and international service delivery.

This new structure represents a major step forward in how we serve our clients. With a fantastic and energised management team now in place, and by integrating technology and expertise, we can address the complex challenges of today’s construction and infrastructure landscape and deliver solutions that drive value, efficiency, and sustainability worldwide.
