HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator

6-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid | Harpenden / London | Immediate Start

We’re now looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, helping deliver a proactive, engaging and high-quality in-house recruitment service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and business areas

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through direct search, social media and creative attraction campaigns

  • Promoting our employer brand and employee value proposition

  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver a professional, efficient recruitment experience

  • Building talent pools and supporting internal mobility

  • Using systems and data to deliver accurate, confident recruitment outcomes

  • Ensuring every candidate has a positive, respectful and engaging experience

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Confidence using social media and direct sourcing to attract talent

  • Strong administration and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A collaborative, people-focused approach with excellent communication skills

  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

  • Energy, curiosity and a growth mindset, someone who looks for ways to make things better
