Financial & Commercial Oversight

  • Track budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure financial performance.
  • Support commercial teams with pricing, quotations, and scope clarifications.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and enhanced profitability.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

  • Lead kick-off meetings, communicate scope and safety requirements, and coordinate resources.
  • Guide and support project teams to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.

Technical Expertise & Quality Assurance

  • Apply geospatial survey expertise to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy.
  • Review deliverables and provide guidance to resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey methodologies, including topographic surveys, laser scanning, mobile mapping, and monitoring systems.

Data Management & Compliance

  • Implement robust data processes aligned with company and industry standards (PAS 128, RICS guidance).
  • Ensure quality control, data accuracy, and secure storage for reporting and audits.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

  • Ensure all project activities comply with UK health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct or review RAMS for survey activities and promote a proactive safety culture.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record managing geospatial or digital construction projects across built assets and infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of survey technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience reviewing specifications and defining technical project requirements.
  • Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and commercial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and teams.
