Revit Technician
Revit Technician
Krakow, Poland | Digital Construction | Digital Delivery
If you are good at Revit and you care about doing BIM properly, this is a role where your work will be noticed.
At Plowman Craven, our Krakow team turns complex reality capture into BIM models that project teams can actually rely on. You will work with high-quality point cloud data captured by our in-house surveyors, clear standards, and people who take pride in precision. You will grow your technical skills, work on landmark schemes, and build a career in a modern digital delivery environment.
Why this role is worth a look:
This is not a production line role where you are left to guess what “good” looks like. You will be part of a BIM team that values quality, consistency and continuous improvement. You will work closely with colleagues in Poland and the UK, with the support, tools and standards you need to keep getting better.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Creating and quality checking Revit models derived from point cloud data
- Producing BIM-ready outputs that are accurate, consistent and aligned to agreed standards
- Validating both graphical and non-graphical model data to support reliable deliverables
- Working with Project Managers, Surveyors and other technicians to agree the best approach and workflow
- Managing project information within a Common Data Environment and following QA and data governance processes
- Sharing ideas to improve how we model, check, and deliver work as a team
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys technical work and cares about getting the detail right, but who also values collaboration. You want to work in a team where standards matter, feedback is shared openly, and everyone is working towards the same outcome.
You are interested in developing your BIM skills, learning from others, and contributing to a supportive, professional delivery environment.
Requirements for the role:
- 2+ years’ experience using Revit in a BIM environment
- A strong understanding of BIM standards and model authoring best practice
- Experience working with point cloud data
- Experience working within a Common Data Environment
- A quality-driven mindset and the organisation skills to meet deadlines
- Clear communication and a team-first approach
- Experience with other BIM software, clash detection, Dynamo or geospatial data is useful, but not essential.
What you get with Plowman Craven:
- A role in a growing Krakow-based digital team with real connection to live projects
- Clear standards, strong QA and support from people who know the details you will learn in order to be exceptional
- Exposure to high-quality point cloud driven modelling and digital delivery workflows
- Learning and development that helps you progress, not just repeat tasks
- A professional, collaborative culture where your contribution is valued
Plowman Craven is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
