Surveyor - Asset Management

About The Role

As a Surveyor, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate, efficient, and commercially focused survey projects from start to finish. You’ll manage data collection, analysis, and delivery, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and precision. You’ll also have the chance to apply the latest surveying technologies, drive innovation in our methods, and mentor junior team members as we continue to grow our reputation for technical excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver a range of surveying projects using the most effective technologies and methodologies.
  • Manage all technical aspects of a project from client instruction through to final delivery.
  • Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Report on project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Liaise with clients on-site regarding project specifications and deliverables.
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors, promoting best practice and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ geospatial surveying experience, including measured building surveys.
  • Proficiency with terrestrial and mobile laser scanners, and associated data processing.
  • Skilled in traditional measured building survey techniques (total stations, laser disto, tape).
  • Confident using AutoCAD to produce floor plans and calculate areas to RICS standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence.
