Plowman Craven's survey measurement team has completed a number of projects delivering BIM ready 3D models to a variety of clients. Understandably, the most efficient and successful projects are those where there is clear communication right from the very beginning - a critical requirement which has a major influence on the success of a project undertaken with the BIM process in mind.

In order to create a set of standards and streamline the process, we have developed our own BIM Survey Checklist to be used in conjunction with all of our BIM projects.
