Either with the architects or the planners involved, we will identify the preferred viewpoint positions around your proposed design and assess how best to capture your design proposal within the surrounding environment.
High Resolution Photography
Plowman Craven uses a range of high resolution photography equipment including a 39 mega pixel Hasselblad system.
Plowman Craven uses the latest and most accurate integrated Total Stations and GPS to obtain measurements from the viewpoints. These are used to coordinate camera positions and key viewpoints. Laser Scanning technology is used where appropriate.
3D Modelling and Rendering
Our range and experience of accurate modelling techniques mean we can work with many types of data whether 2D or 3D plans. Extensive additional modelling of the surrounding area can also be carried out to ensure your proposed plans are accurate. We can represent the materials you want on your designs and render an image to closely match the final result.
Verified AVR / Photomontage
An AVR is verified by survey information. By correlating the accurate survey data with the photograph from the same viewpoint, the 3D software can accurately calculate and match the viewpoint, thus rendering the 3D model within the photograph. Any number of views can be created and can be represented in a number of ways. If accurate survey data is not necessary, we can utilise other existing survey data or plans to create a photomontage representation.
The Method Statement provided by Plowman Craven will fully explain the processes involved in constructing the verified views.
