Primary Purpose

To boost productivity in the operational teams by ensuring that surveying equipment is in the right place at the right time. You shall be required to move equipment between Harpenden and our South London offices. When required, you shall also be responsible for collecting equipment from project sites. In exceptional circumstances you shall deliver equipment to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of equipment trackers
  • Management of fleet to include van inspection, reporting and liaison with suppliers
  • Support to the facilities team
  • Support to equipment servicing and calibration
  • Provide holiday cover for Equipment Manager
  • Keyholding for the Harpenden office (if local)

Person Specification


  • A full UK driving license (minimum of 12 months) and be a should be confident and willing to drive in cities and on major roads.
  • Experience prioritizing and undertaking tasks with minimal guidance
  • Experience driving for a commercial organization
  • Experience working with business systems to extract information and make decisions


  • Able to build relationships with operational colleagues to understand the nature of projects and the implications for project data.
  • Ability to communicate, own and solve issues as they arise.
