Client Delivery Administrator (12 Month Contract)

Ref: REC184 Based in Harpenden Permanent Role


Co-ordinate multiple key elements of the project cycle.

Resolve issues proactively and collaborate with all functions of the project team, including the client, to ensure the team can continually meet project objectives.

Support the Project Lead and delivery of project KPI’s.

Whilst this is considered an office based role, working remotely is feasible due to the current pandemic situation.


Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Engage with tenants to organise access, ensuring sufficient success rates to meet project KPI's
  • Under the guidance of the project lead, build a programme of access that maximises team productivity
  • Maintain a log of tenant engagement and failed access, escalating and collaboration with the client team to resolve
  • Proactively support the site team, resolving issues as they arise
  • Arrange accommodation for surveyors working away
  • Monitor data management and provide feedback on non-compliance
  • Implementation of lone working procedure for the surveying team
  • Work with the client team to ensure issues with access are resolved promptly
  • Support project reporting
  • To undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested
  • Strong advocation of health and safety ensuring a robust approach to assessment of risk
