Threat Analysis

With the exception of September 11, large vehicle bombs have been the preferred method of attack with modern terrorist groups, such as the attacks on the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania and latterly the UK embassy in Turkey. Although the attack methodology used in September 11 may not be used again, new and novel forms of attacks together with traditional attack methods can not be discounted without a considered rational.

Risk Mitigation Methods
