Due to the high levels of work that we can experience, we are seeking freelance Revit Technicians to assist in delivering BIM-ready models from survey data. You will be using the latest in technology transferring 3D laser scans and traditional 2D drawings to full working Revit models. We are seeking individuals, for projects throughout the UK, ideally with the following skills:

• A solid working knowledge of Revit (2012)
• A good understanding of how a building goes together and working in the 3D environment
• Experience of working with point clouds would be beneficial but not mandatory as training can be provided
• A willingness to learn new skills and further your experience in this growing market

You will need to be available at short notice, and be able to work to tight deadlines. This opportunity will be based from our Harpenden Office.

We are currently looking to fill a new post of Account Manager for our Infrastructure Business Group. The role is based from our Harpenden Office, but will require travel in and around London.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving targeted annual sales for the Infrastructure Business Group via established key accounts, development accounts and the conversation of incoming enquiries.

Candidates will have experience in an Account or Commercial Management role, or sales capacity within a private sector engineering consultancy or construction organisation. They will have a good understanding and awareness of the Construction market and knowledge of the major customers and potential customers within the market. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are a must. A knowledge and understanding of Surveying is desirable, but not essential.

We are currently seeking 3D Modellers for subcontract opportunities undertaking modelling within the Property arena, including Buildings and Estates.

We have opportunities for 3D Modellers, to construct models from point cloud data. We are keen to hear from personnel skilled in the use of 3D Max. Experience modelling from point cloud data would be advantageous.

We also have projects producing simple 3D models built up from CAD data of buildings. To undertake this modelling work, applicants will need basic 3D Max skills and be able to work with AutoCAD.

All of our subcontract opportunities will require tight deadlines to be met.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Engineering based at Clerkenwell Green.

The main focuses of this key management role are:

• To maintain and develop our current portfolio of monitoring and engineering projects through proactive account management of clients;
• To undertake the strategic operational management of the Engineering team; and
• To project manage the financial and commercial aspects of projects within the Engineering team.

The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team of professionals providing solutions to our impressive portfolio of clients, such as Network Rail, Crossrail and London Underground, on a diverse range of projects, including Victoria Station, Tottenham Court Road Station and London Bridge Station.

It is essential that candidates have general land surveying and/or civil engineering experience, and have a sound knowledge and understanding of monitoring. Ideal candidates will also have had experience of dealing with clients in a commercial capacity, as a Project manager, Chief Surveyor or Head Surveyor, and will be seeking their next move within a management capacity.

Due to high volumes of work, we are currently looking for Experienced Microstation users to help on a variety of projects based from our Harpenden office.

The ideal candidate must be able to model from "point cloud/laser scan data" as well as existing plan data to generate 3D surface models. Microstation V8 or above is required. Experience with "CloudWorx" or similar software also a must. Knowledge of Leica Cyclone software a bonus.

These opportunities are on a short term basis so we would consider both part time and full time applications.
