Our Directors
Matt Swan, Chairman
Matt has over 30 year's experience of the construction and development industry. Having held senior positions with the Berkeley Group, Matt spent 10 years with Alfred McAlpine and was appointed to the main Board in 2002. In February 2008 Matt became a partner at Lodge Park Ltd, a development, house building and construction business operating throughout the East Midlands area. Since 2008 Matt has worked in partnership with RCapital, a specialist private investment business, advising on consultancy, development and construction acquisitions.
Appointed Chairman of Plowman Craven in March 2009.
Andy Molloy, Managing Director
Andy has recently been appointed as Managing Director of Plowman Craven. He has over 20 years experience across all sectors of the industry both in the UK and worldwide. He has primary responsibility for the commercial and financial governance of the business and for directing Operations at a strategic level.
Malcolm Donald,
Infrastructure Director
A chartered geomatics surveyor with over 35 years experience in the UK and abroad. Malcolm has specific responsibility for the infrastructure team, providing the strategic direction, leading the sales and opportunities drive within the sector and ensuring projects meet our client's requirements. Malcolm also has responsibility for the Health & Safety and Quality functions within the business.
Peter Folwell,
Property Director
Peter is a leading name in property measurement and has developed strategic relationships with key clients, establishing Plowman Craven's name in this sector. Peter is responsible for the property team, providing the strategic direction, focussing on sales and opportunities within the sector and also overall responsibility for projects within the group.
In addition, Peter has responsibility for the Account Management and the Marketing approach of the business.
Dave Norris,
Technical Director
David is a key figure in Plowman Craven's technological development. He provides strategic direction for all technical matters throughout the business. Working across all teams, his responsibilities include product development and the provision of appropriate technology and expertise.
David leads the specialised niche technological markets of Entertainment and Police and Security.
